TPM CONSULTANCY (TPMC) customizes its services to the client because challenges are as varied as businesses themselves. In this way were are sure to understand, not only the needs of the client, we also will be able to understand the essence of their business and goals, as well.

PROCESS:

The first meeting with a prospective client is called a PRELIMINARY meeting. There is NO charge of this meeting as it is only for LISTENING TO THE CLIENT and ascertaining their needs and wants. TPMC is then able to prepare for a formal Consultation. Since, at this meeting the prospective client is made aware of specific solutions to their needs, problems or wants. They can then proceed without the help of TPMC or retain TPMC as a consultant to lead them to their goals to grow their businesses either as a 'Turn-key' where TPMC do the 'leg work' or train THEIR STAFF to advance the business' goals, this is called Mentoring.

FEE STRUCTURE:

This service is a collaboration of the Help USA First Foundation and TPMC a substantial portion of any charged fees are passed on the Foundation as TAX DEDUCTIBLE DONATIONS, this will allow the Foundation to expand its mission of helping others in the USA and elsewhere achieve their personal goals and sustain their families.
     Since, Second meeting usually is with the Senior Staff or the CEO of TPMC and possible additional team members there is a $500 per hour with a 4 hour minimum, payable at the start of the Second meeting. The 4 hour minimum fee may carry over into any mentoring or direct actions sought by the client. Example, If the Second consultation last only 1 hour, then the client is entitled to 3 more hours of services from TPMC for a total of 4 hours. ANY future services are billed on a monthly basis or at an agreed upon frequency. ALL DISCUSSIONS ARE MADE UNDER THE TERMS OF A DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT. (Note: An Hour is 60 mins or any 30 minute segment. (For example: 1.5 hours is billed as 2 hours)
