The first meeting with a prospective client is called a PRELIMINARY meeting. There is NO charge of this meeting as it is only for LISTENING TO THE CLIENT and ascertaining their needs and wants. TPMC is then able to prepare for a formal Consultation. Since, at this meeting the prospective client is made aware of specific solutions to their needs, problems or wants. They can then proceed without the help of TPMC or retain TPMC as a consultant to lead them to their goals to grow their businesses either as a 'Turn-key' where TPMC do the 'leg work' or train THEIR STAFF to advance the business' goals, this is called Mentoring.
