(Yes, we know that many people just give to the Red Cross automatically without understanding what EXACTLY is being done with those funds – IT’S A HABIT) F.E.M.A. IS A USA DISASTER EMERGENCY GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY AND DOES NOT PROVIDE EMERGENCY FUNDS TO URGENT CARE FACILITIES NOR Medical Personnel. There is a possibility of a LONG DRAWN OUT State Process MAY become available months later while patients suffer. The Above FACTS are not reported by media.
